Welcome to Heriot-Watt University's online application service.

If you are applying to our Malaysia campus please go HERE to apply. Applicants to all other campuses should read the information below.

We would recommend that you refer to our Guidance Notes (see Help link at top of screen) to help you complete the form. You do not have to complete the application in one session. You can save what you have done so far and return to complete it at a later date.

If you are a new user you will need to register first. Please select the First time user account creation link. If you are a returning user enter the Login ID and PIN you chose when you started your first application and then select Login.
Your Login ID is up to 9 letters or numbers long. Your PIN must be 6 numbers

As part of the process you can upload documents in support of your application now or at a later date.

After submitting your application you can view a summary of your applications by logging back into your account.

All correspondence will be sent to the correspondence address you give in the application. (If this address changes please notify us immediately)
