- Enter your User ID
- Enter either your HW email address OR a personal email address already provided to the University
- Click on Reset PIN
- A new temporary PIN will be emailed to the address you have provided. You can login with this PIN once, then you will be asked to change it.
If you are in a supported online enrolment session on campus, contact a member of staff present who will reset your PIN.
